AUTOMATIC LEAD EDGE FEEDING HIGH SPEED FLEXO 4-COLOR PRINTING AND DIE-CUTTING MACHINE

Feeding Unit    

1.     Lead-edge Feeding System
 Lead-edge suction feeding system, easy operation, high accuracy，（adopts lead feeder system).    
1)7.5KW     
7.5KW high pressure centrifugal fans, according to the cardboard warping degree of frequency control pressure, to ensure warp cardboard or thin cardboard high-speed accurate transmission.
2)  Left and right side baffle position electrically adjustable, screw-driven.
3) Front baffle adjust the position of the upper and    lower intervals synchronization by manual.
4）  Skip-feeding devices, could select skip-feeding according to needs. To ensure that large-scale cardboard can also be    
 processed.
5）  Install 10” touch screen, could automatically display the production quantity, production speed, and set the production quantity and every operating.    
6） Slotting part is equipped with the interlock switch, to achieve the emergency stop, stop feeding or feeding.

2.  Machine Separation & Combination
1) Button switches electrically control the separation and combination of machine, with automatic alarm device, continuously alarm while moving, to ensure safety of operators.
2) Air pressure interlocks, lock securely, conveniently and accurately.
3) Machine clutch drive shaft is equipped with overload protection device.
4) Active self-locking    function: if unit is not completely locking state, the host cannot start, to ensure the safety of machine and operator; whilehost normal working conditions, the unit clutch function is automatically lock, to avoid machine misuse and personal injury.
 3.   Dust-removal System
Adopt brush cleaning device, to improve printing quality.
 4. Feeding Roller: double rubber    
feeding Roller

 ensure smooth and accurate feeding.

Printing Unit

1.Printing Roller

2.  Pressing Roller
1)   Adopt high quality seamless delicately processing, dynamic balance adjustment, stable operation
2) Gear adopt backlash adjustment mechanism, adjustment none-affect gear enunciation, guarantee transmission accuracy 
4）Printing roller can be adjusted for a distance 0-12mm 
5）pressing roller, feeding shaft can be adjusted by manual , and loose   and  tight the roller also by manual.
 3.   Anilox Roller
The  high  quality anilox  roller adopts domestic famous    manufacturers Surface adopts the advanced hard chrome plating, hard, slipper, and wear proof,.diameter 199mm.
3）  Pneumatic lifting the Anilox roller and idle device matched with the paper feeding roller to prevent double inking and the dry of ink while stopping the machine.

 4.    Rubber Roller
